केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय की महत्त्वाकांक्षी पहल “स्वस्थ नारी, सशक्त परिवार अभियान” के अंतर्गत आज प्रदेशभर के प्रधानमंत्री जनजातीय न्याय मिशन (PM JANMAN) क्षेत्रों में विशेष जनजातीय स्वास्थ्य शिविरों का आयोजन किया गया। इन शिविरों के माध्यम से पिछड़ी जनजातीय समूहों (PVTGs) सहित हजारों लोगों को समर्पित स्वास्थ्य सेवाएँ प्रदान की गईं, जो प्रदेश सरकार की जनजातीय स्वास्थ्य सशक्तिकरण के प्रति प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाता है।
छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में ‘‘स्वस्थ्य नारी, सशक्त परिवार‘‘ अभियान के आज के थीम के अनुरूप विशेष रूप से पीवीटीजी (विशेष रूप से कमज़ोर जनजातीय समूह) क्षेत्रों में स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं पहुंचाने हेतु मोबाइल मेडिकल यूनिट्स (MMU) के माध्यम से व्यापक स्तर पर सेवाएं प्रदान की गई, जिसमें राज्य के 24 ज़िलों में कुल 85 स्वास्थ्य शिविरों का संचालन किया गया। प्रदेश के दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों में 51 मोबाइल मेडिकल यूनिट्स की सक्रिय भागीदारी से पिछड़ी जनजातीय समूह के 1,815 सहित कुल 7,825 लोगों ने स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का लाभ उठाया।
दूरस्थ अंचलों में बसे जनजातीय समुदायों को ध्यान में रखते हुए इन शिविरों में विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सकों और प्रशिक्षित स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों द्वारा समग्र स्वास्थ्य जांच एवं परामर्श सेवाएँ प्रदान की गईं। सेवाओं के अंतर्गत सामान्य ओपीडी उपचार के अंतर्गत 2,118 लोगों का इलाज किया गया, वहीं 1,020 लोगों की हाईपरटेंशन (बीपी) जांच और 1108 लोगों की मधुमेह स्क्रीनिंग की गई। महिलाओं के स्वास्थ्य को केंद्र में रखते हुए एनीमिया की जांच 878 महिलाओं में की गई, जबकि मातृत्व सेवाओं के तहत 260 महिलाओं की एएनसी/पीएनसी जांच की गई। साथ ही, 210 मलेरिया, 340 सिकल सेल, और 112 टीबी जांचें की गईं। कैंसर स्क्रीनिंग (मुख, स्तन व ग्रीवा) के माध्यम से 150 महिलाओं की जांच की गई। बच्चों को टीकाकरण सेवाएं भी दी गईं, जिससे 185 बच्चों को लाभ मिला, जबकि परिवार नियोजन सेवाओं का लाभ 145 महिलाओं ने उठाया। मानसिक स्वास्थ्य परामर्श के तहत 80 लोगों को परामर्श दिया गया और आयुष एवं वेलनेस सेवाओं से 60 लोगों को लाभ मिला।
इसके साथ ही, मासिक धर्म स्वच्छता को लेकर भी विशेष रूप से जागरूकता सत्र आयोजित किए गए, जिसमें किशोरियों और महिलाओं को स्वच्छता प्रबंधन, सैनिटरी नैपकिन के उपयोग, संक्रमण से बचाव जैसे विषयों पर जानकारी दी गई। यह प्रयास स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं से आगे बढ़कर, महिलाओं के स्वस्थ जीवन की दिशा में एक सशक्त पहल सिद्ध हो रहा है।
स्वास्थ्य सेवा वितरण के साथ-साथ समुदाय में जागरूकता और विश्वास का संचार भी इन शिविरों की एक विशेष उपलब्धि रही। शिविरों में आए हितग्राहियों को न केवल जांच और उपचार प्रदान किया गया, बल्कि उन्हें पोषण, जीवनशैली में सुधार, नियमित जांच की महत्ता आदि विषयों पर भी मार्गदर्शन दिया गया।
यह अभियान राज्य सरकार और स्वास्थ्य विभाग की एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल है, जो दूरस्थ और आदिवासी बहुल क्षेत्रों में रह रहे समुदायों तक मूलभूत स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं पहुंचाने की दिशा में एक प्रभावशाली कदम है। महिलाओं के स्वास्थ्य को केंद्र में रखकर चलाया गया यह कार्यक्रम सम्पूर्ण परिवार की सशक्तता और समग्र स्वास्थ्य सुधार की दिशा में उल्लेखनीय भूमिका निभा रहा है।
