In compliance with the order of the Urban Administration and Development Department of Chhattisgarh Government, in view of public faith, on the occasion of consecration of Ayodhya Shri Ram Temple on 22 January 2024, order to keep the slaughter houses and meat selling shops located in the entire area of Municipal Corporation Raipur closed. It is given by the Health Department of Municipal Corporation Raipur. If meat is found being sold in any shop on the said occasion, action will be taken by confiscating the meat and appropriate action will also be taken against the person concerned. On the said occasion, all the Zone Health Officers, Assistant Zone Health Officers, Sanitation Inspectors of Municipal Corporation Raipur will ensure strict compliance of the above order of the government and will continuously supervise their respective areas.
