Traveling by train with gas cylinder attached to the stove, arrested

Bilaspur. A young man traveling in a train carrying a gas cylinder attached to a stove has been caught by the Railway Protection Force Crime Intelligence Branch, Detective Wing. An offense was registered against him under the Railway Act. The matter is of Saturday evening. Inspector Karmapal Singh Gurjar, in-charge of Railway Protection Force Crime Intelligence Branch, sub-inspector SK Minj, constables Alok Kumar and Neeraj Kumar were investigating Bilaspur railway station.

The team was checking on platform number four-five when 20807 Hirakud Express arrived at 6:46 pm. At the same time a young man got down from the train. On the basis of suspicion, the bag kept with him was searched. During this time, a domestic gas cylinder single burner stove set was found inside the bag. It comes in flammable stuff. That’s why he was caught.

On enquiry, he revealed his name as Neelkanth, resident of Manhar, village Lata Amora, police station Patharia, district Mungeli. He also told that he takes a rented house in Sambalpur and works in a gas cylinder factory. Today he has come to his home in Mungeli. The cylinder was full. Action was taken against him under Section 153, 164 of the Railway Act for violating the rules.
