Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the ban on uncontrolled use of loudspeakers at religious places should be strictly followed. CCTV cameras will also be installed in villages

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that CCTV cameras should be arranged in areas where more criminal activities take place. Efforts should be made to install CCTV cameras in such rural areas with the help of Panchayat and Rural Development Department and Tribal Affairs Department. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that more than two thousand villages of the state have benefited from the redefinition of police station boundaries. On this basis, the discrepancies in the boundaries of the districts should be removed and the boundaries of the police stations should also be adjusted accordingly. After studying the arrangements of big cities of other states, proposals should be presented for the arrangements of major cities of the state. It was told in the meeting that after receiving suggestions from public representatives and other sections, the boundaries of 627 police stations of the state were redrawn, due to which the distance of 2 thousand 216 villages from the police stations was reduced.

There should be no delay in out-of-turn promotion for better work.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that strict action should be taken against the policemen who are negligent and are not serious towards their duty. The cases of out-of-turn promotion given to policemen as an incentive for better work should not remain pending, they should be given immediate promotion. It was told in the meeting that from December 15 till now, 2 thousand 926 promotions were made in the state. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that efforts should also be made to bring the youth of the next generation of Sansi, Kanjar and Pardhi families into the mainstream of the society.

Arrangements should be made for auction of doda and sawdust as crops.

Information about the anti-Naxal campaign conducted in the state and the continuous action being taken to control terrorist activities was presented before Chief Minister Dr. Yadav. He said that regarding inter-state crimes and other illegal activities, ensure arrangements for meetings with all the states bordering the state within a fixed period of time. He said that there should be a system for auctioning doda and sawdust by considering it as a crop.

Intensive awareness campaign should be conducted to protect people from cyber crime

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has said that rapid action should be taken towards necessary training, awareness, technical upgradation and creation of new posts to implement the new criminal laws. Along with developing police bands in every district, he also gave instructions to conduct activities to encourage bands, drums and other traditional musical instruments at the local level. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the action taken to remove encroachment with mutual consent in Ujjain is an ideal and exemplary example of communal harmony.
