MP NEWS: 275 CM Rise schools in the state, 9,200 schools to open in 10 years

Bhopal. CM Rise School has been established to provide interesting and enjoyable education to the students with a well-equipped environment in government schools in the state. 275 CM Rise schools have been started in the first phase. A program has been decided to start 9,200 CM Rise Schools in the state in the coming 10 years.

KG in CM Rise School Arrangements for conducting education from class 1 to class 12 have been made through English medium. The School Education Department has also given financial approval of Rs 9 thousand 500 crore for the construction of new buildings of 269 CM Rise schools in the state. In these schools, arrangements for digital classroom, fully equipped laboratory and library, art, dance, music and yoga teaching have also been made for the all-round development of the students.

Transport arrangements in schools

Transport arrangements are also being made in CM Rise schools to provide facilities to the students coming from far away places. With this, students of the areas surrounding the school will be able to get quality education. With a view to providing better leadership in CM Rise School, the principals of these schools have been trained at the Indian Institute of Management Indore. Along with this, principals have been given exposure visits to nationally renowned schools.

Second phase of the scheme

5,986 schools have been selected in the second phase of CM RISE scheme. Of these, the School Education Department has issued approval to operate 258 schools in the second phase.

Principal’s Handbook

With a view to completing the educational and administrative processes in CM Rise schools in the state as per the world standards, separate hand-books have been prepared for the principals and teachers. Student diary has been prepared for CM Rise Schools for the expression of students. Tools necessary for students’ thinking and effective teaching have been included in the pages of the diary. Through this, parents will be continuously informed about the creative activities and academic progress of the students.
