Chief Minister Dr. Yadav heard the problems of the citizens in Samadhan Online, pending cases were resolved

Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that guilty officers and employees who keep the problems of citizens pending for a long time will be punished. Welfare of the common man is the main goal of the state government. No work related to revenue, approval of other schemes including scholarship distribution and distribution of funds of the schemes should remain pending. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav got the pending cases of citizens of various districts resolved through video conferencing from the ministry on Friday in Samadhan Online. Chief Secretary Mr. Anurag Jain and senior officers were present.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav congratulated the districts that performed better in resolving the complaints mentioned in the CM Helpline and the officers who did excellent work under the CM Helpline. Among these districts, officers from Sagar, Katni, Singrauli, Vidisha and Sehore districts were congratulated. The departments that did best work and had high performance include Energy, Urban Development, Women and Child Development, Panchayat Rural Development and Home Department.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that pending cases should be resolved immediately. A campaign is going on to speed up the work of public welfare. A campaign to benefit citizens by schemes by going door to door till 26 January is being run since 11 December. Aim to complete the activities of the public welfare campaign by 22 January.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that revenue related works should be completed with full process. For example, partition order alone is not enough, it is also necessary to show it on the map. Complete process should be followed in the works of name transfer and demarcation.

One officer of Higher Education Department suspended, one service terminated

The application for case division of Mr. Chandra Prakash Dhote of Betul district was also resolved through Samadhan Online. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav directed that such pending cases be resolved under the campaign. As soon as the information about delay in getting free cycle to Sagar student Ms. Khushboo Gurjar came on Samadhan Online, the student got the cycle. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav directed that pending cases of cycle distribution in all districts be resolved. The amount to be received under the Gaon Ki Beti Yojana to Rewa district student Ms. Sheetal Tiwari was also paid through Samadhan Online. In this case, it was decided to suspend an officer of the Higher Education Department and terminate the services of another officer.

Two Patwaris suspended, show cause notice will be issued to the officer

On the complaint of Bhopal’s Mr. Anil Malviya regarding the drains near his residence being without flooring, instructions were given to stop the increment of the guilty employee of the Municipal Corporation. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav gave instructions to suspend the Patwari and issue a show cause notice to the concerned officer after Mr. Samandar Singh of Guna district complained about not receiving relief amount on the death of his family member due to snake bite. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that in such cases, the work should be completed on time using the Public Service Guarantee Act. Mr. Rishi Purohit of Datia district had complained about his land being allotted to someone else and no action being taken for about one and a quarter years. Instructions were given to suspend the guilty Patwari in this case. On not receiving the amount of food grant by Mr. Hemant Jaiswal of Guna district, instructions were given to make necessary improvements in the portal at the district and state level.

Veterinarian’s salary hike stopped

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav directed to provide ex-gratia assistance under Sambal Yojana to Mr. Arif Ahmed of Morena district and to pay the amount under Pashu Bima Yojana to Mr. Madhav Singh Tomar of Alirajpur. Due to delay in providing the amount to the cattle owner Mr. Tomar, the salary increment of the guilty veterinary doctor has been stopped.

If the possession of the land is not given, the increment of the employee will be stopped

In the case of Shri Ramesh Kumar Verma of Singrauli not getting possession of his land, instructions were given to stop the increment of the guilty employee of the Urban Development and Housing Department. In the case of Shri Vijay Singh Chauhan of Jhabua district, instructions were given to the collector to take action against the guilty employee for the delay in installing the electric transformer.

Delay in scholarship, action will be taken against the guilty officer

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav directed to take action against the guilty officer for the delay in providing scholarship in the case of Shri Veer Singh of Bhind district. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav directed to ensure that the scholarship amount is paid on time to other students.

Fine of 82 thousand rupees

Under Samadhan Online, in the case of Mr. Rahul Singh of Bhedaghat, Jabalpur, a fine of 82 thousand rupees was imposed on the culprit for delay in providing the benefit of Ayushman Yojana to the applicant. Instructions were given to give an amount of ₹ 5000 to the applicant in addition to the amount of treatment for relief.

Farmer Production Organization Black List

In the case of Mr. Ajay Kumar Patel of Sihora block of Jabalpur, instructions were given to blacklist the guilty farmer producer organization for not making payment for the moong purchase. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has been asked to investigate the entire matter and submit a report.

The state has to become an important place in the field of school education

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav gave instructions to ensure provision of major facilities in the interest of students. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that work should also be done for distribution of bicycles, uniforms, books, scholarships and hostel facilities and if hostel is not available, then rent of the rented room should also be provided. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that by running a campaign, work should be done to provide essential facilities in schools with transparency and purity. Campaigns should also be run to increase enrollment in schools. Madhya Pradesh was ahead in the field of higher education. Now there is a need to make efforts in the field of school education. A detailed review of the examination system, meeting of the task force committee, arrangements in schools without buildings etc. will be done soon.

Madhya Pradesh had come ahead in GER in higher education. Similarly, progress is necessary in the field of school education. Attention should also be paid to making the lectures of the best teachers available to the students through e-medium. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that efforts should be made to bring Madhya Pradesh among the first 5 states in enrollment in the field of school education.
