All the problems of the tribal labourer brothers and sisters will be solved: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav

Bhopal: Addressing the inaugural session of the 7th convention of All India Vanvasi Gramin Mazdoor Mahasangh, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that to solve all the problems of the labourer brothers and sisters, work will be done in coordination with the departments in Bhopal. The government will leave no stone unturned in working for the betterment of the Vanvasi brothers and sisters and all sections. The government has made the pending payment of Rs 224 crore of 4800 labourer brothers and sisters of Indore’s Hukumchand Mill. The pending payment of the labourers of Ratlam’s Sajjan Mill will also be made soon. The government has organized Regional Industry Conclave at divisional level for industrial investment to find employment opportunities by promoting industrialization and has signed contracts with industrialists. The 9th Global Investors Summit was organized in Bhopal. In this, in the presence of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Home and Cooperation Minister Shri Amit Shah, work has been done to promote industries in the state and find employment opportunities. The industrialists setting up employment oriented enterprises in the state will be given subsidy up to 70 per cent by the government by giving them land allotment, discount in electricity bill.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that we will work in the interest of the country and will get full payment for our work, this is the slogan of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh. The government will give full rights to the workers working in the interest of the country. A plan is being worked on to give Rs. 5000 per month as ex-gratia to the workers working in the textile industry.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the labour brothers and sisters of Alirajpur area go to the diamond factory in Surat of Gujarat state in search of work, for this now means of employment will be provided through the diamond factory in Alirajpur itself.

In case of serious illness, the government is making arrangements to send the poor/labourers to other places for treatment through air ambulance service. For the treatment of the poor, arrangements have also been made in private hospitals under the Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Yojana.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that medical colleges will also be opened in Dhar and Jhabua districts, so that better arrangements for education and treatment can be ensured in tribal districts. The government is working on priority for all sections of society including poor women, farmers and youth. Under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Unnayan Yojana, the government is providing training and financial assistance to all sections of artisans, mechanics and carpenters in establishing employment.

Sambal Yojana is being run for the welfare of labourer brothers and sisters. All labourer brothers and sisters must get themselves registered under Sambal Yojana. Benefit is being provided in schemes like health, education, housing etc. under the scheme. Provision has also been made to provide ex-gratia amount for the support of the family in case of sudden death of a family member. 4 lakh 92 thousand labourers of Ratlam district have been registered under Sambal Yojana. A survey will be conducted again under the scheme and the remaining eligible beneficiaries who were left out will be provided with concrete houses. The government provides bicycles, study material, uniforms and fees to the children in school.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that to improve the condition of farmers, providing water and electricity to every farmer’s farm is the priority of the government. To motivate farmers to produce coarse grains (Shri Anna), farmers producing kodo, kutki, maize and coarse grains will be given a subsidy of one thousand rupees per quintal under Rani Durgavati Shri Anna Protsahan Yojana. On the occasion of Dr. Ambedkar Jayanti, the government is starting Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Kamdhenu Yojana to make arrangements for purchasing milk from cowherds through cooperative societies. Under animal husbandry, cooperative based work is being done for milk production. Under the scheme, cowherds rearing more than 25 cows and buffaloes will be given subsidy.

Ratlam Mayor Shri Prahlad Patel gave the welcome address in the programme. All India Mazdoor Mahasangh President Shri Surendra Singh also addressed the gathering. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav felicitated the founder of Vanvasi Gramin Mazdoor Mahasangh Shri Arvind Moghe by presenting him with Ang Vastram and a memento. Minister of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Mr. Chaitanya Kashyap, MLA Mr. Mathuralal Damor, MLA Mr. Chintaman Malviya, District Panchayat President Mrs. Lalabai Shambhulal Chandravanshi, former Minister Mr. Himmat Kothari, Mr. Bhura Lal Damor, Mr. Pawan Pant, Mr. Raghav Singh Bhabhar, Mr. Begaji, Mr. Sanjay Singh, Mr. Kuldeep Gurjar, Mr. Kailash Ninama, Mr. Pramod Jain, Mr. Bharat Patidar, Mr. Arjun Ram, Mr. Man Singh Maida, Mr. Bherulal Khadeda, Mr. Krishna Kumar Maida, Mr. Balmukund Patidar, Mr. Raju Kharari, former MLA Mr. Dilip Makwana, Mr. Biplab Jain, former Mayor Mr. Shailendra Daga, Mr. Bajrang Purohit, Mr. Ashok Porwal, Mr. Kanhaiyalal Maurya were present in the session held at the MLA auditorium in Ratlam.
