Ingredients (Pineapple Lassi Recipe)
Pineapple pieces – 1 cup
Sour curd – 1 cup
Sugar-2 spoons
Milk- 1 cup
Mint leaves – 3 to 4
Ice cubes – 4 to 5
Method
1- To make pineapple lassi, first of all bring a fresh and ripe pineapple from the market and then let it remain at normal temperature for some time. After this, clean it by washing it once in water and then peel the fruit thoroughly and wash it.
2-Now cut the pineapple into 5-6 circular parts and cut it into small pieces. Now put these pineapple pieces in the mixer.
3- Then after that add milk, curd and sugar also in the mixer. Then blend it well for 2 to 3 minutes.
4-After blending well, put this thick paste in a big glass vessel and add ice cubes. Then take it out in some glasses according to the people and you can also put some ice cubes on top of it. Now add mint leaves to the lassi for garnishing.
