The reconstruction of the new MLA rest house reflects the spirit of moving towards the future with modern processes: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav

Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that there is a tradition of review in Indian culture. Reviewing past experiences and making future action plans and its implementation is pleasant and successful. The reconstruction of the MLA rest house being done as per the demand of the time reflects the spirit of moving towards the future with modern processes. This building, which will be built using the latest technologies in the field of building construction and architecture, will provide a better environment to the MLAs for public welfare and public service. The state government has made a provision of allocation of Rs 5-5 lakh in the budget for the modernization of the offices of the MLAs. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also announced approval for the construction of the second phase of the new MLA rest house. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the program organized on the occasion of Bhoomi Pujan of the construction work of the new MLA rest house.

Bhoomi Pujan of the construction work of the new MLA rest house was completed in the MLA rest house complex under the chief hospitality of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav and the chairmanship of Assembly Speaker Shri Narendra Singh Tomar. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Shri Kailash Vijayvargiya, Public Works Minister Shri Rakesh Singh were also present in the program. The new MLA rest house will be built at a cost of approximately Rs. 160 crores, in which construction of 102 flats with all necessary arrangements is proposed. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav unveiled the stone inscription after the Bhoomi Pujan and garlanded the pictures of Lord Shri Ram and Bharat Mata and bowed down. The program started with lighting of lamps and singing Vande Mataram. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has said that the target is to bring Bhopal to the top level in the next cleanliness survey. If there are some shortcomings, we will remove them. The state is getting new gifts. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, India has achieved many achievements in 11 years, which has surprised the world. In Europe including Spain, people are assimilating Indian culture, food and clothing with respect. Under the guidance of Prime Minister Shri Modi, the irrigation area of the state is increasing, cleanliness campaign is going on. The government is moving forward by speeding up development works. In the month of Shravan, the beloved sisters of the state will get a special gift of Rs 250 as a token of good luck.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Indian culture is full of generosity. Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar gave the message of staying united and getting educated. The state government is implementing his ideas and making intensive efforts to provide quality education and technical skills for skill development for all. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, while referring to Ekadashi of Shravan month and the second procession of Baba Mahakal, said that the state government is organizing religious events to promote social harmony at the temples of the state. Groups of tribal communities residing in different regions of the state will participate in Mahakal’s procession, spreading the magic of dance and music.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the Central Government under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Modi is committed to national integrity, due to which Article 370 was removed from Jammu and Kashmir. Prime Minister Shri Modi, dedicated to the welfare of all sections, has freed Muslim sisters from triple talaq. Assembly Speaker Shri Narendra Singh Tomar said that MLAs are representatives of the people and it is necessary for them to get timely facilities and to fulfill this, new MLA rest houses are being constructed. In the coming time, when the Assembly of Madhya Pradesh will be ready as e-Assembly, then the MLAs will get its benefit. The current MLA rest house was built in the year 1958, which has now become old. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav is committed to make the state a leader in development. He has completed a foreign tour to attract investment in the state. 8 cities of the state have set new records in cleanliness. Indore is already clean, everyone is determined to make Bhopal number-1 next year.

Urban Development and Housing and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Shri Kailash Vijayvargiya said that this rest house will be equipped with modern facilities, security and technical requirements, which will provide the MLAs with a suitable environment for work and contemplation. Sharing memories of the early years of his life as an MLA, he underlined the changes taking place at present. He said that today continuous efforts are being made towards technical resources for the MLAs, so that they can play an active role in the development process. Minister Shri Vijayvargiya also expressed happiness over eight cities of Madhya Pradesh receiving the Swachhata Award and called it the result of the state’s developing thinking and dedicated leadership. He said that the Assembly is being equipped with modern technology under the guidance of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav and Assembly Speaker Shri Narendra Singh Tomar.

Public Works Minister Shri Rakesh Singh said that democracy is not just a system of institutions, but also a fabric of trust, which is woven with the responsibility of public representatives. The ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of the newly constructed MLA Rest House was held in the Madhya Pradesh Assembly premises itself. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, new records are being created in the state in the infrastructure sector. Prime Minister Shri Modi gave the idea of infrastructure based development due to which infrastructure development is taking place in the states in accordance with the construction standards at the global level. Madhya Pradesh is continuously progressing in infrastructure development. Indore has again secured the top position in cleanliness this year. Bhopal, Jabalpur and Gwalior have also got a place in the list of clean cities. More cities will be included in the cleanliness list in the near future. He told that the rest houses being built for the MLAs will be completely earthquake and fire resistant. Principal Secretary Vidhan Sabha Shri Awadhesh Pratap Singh said that 102 flats will be constructed in 14 acres. The target is to complete their construction in 18 months. Facilities like parking of vehicles, gym, fire alarm, sewage treatment plant, hospital, shopping complex etc. will be available in the complex. Sports and Youth Welfare and Cooperation Minister Mr. Vishwas Kailash Sarang, Minister of State for Backward Classes and Minority Welfare Mrs. Krishna Gaur, former Assembly Speakers Dr. Sitasharan Sharma, Mr. Girish Gautam, MLA and former Protem Speaker Mr. Rameshwar Sharma, MLA Mr. Vishnu Khatri, MLA Mr. Bhagwandas Sabnani, Mayor Bhopal Mrs. Malti Rai, Municipal Corporation Chairman Mr. Kishan Suryavanshi and other public representatives were present.
