Service and welfare of Divyangjan is a matter of inner happiness – Chief Minister Dr. Yadav

Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that service and welfare of Divyangjan is a matter of inner happiness. The experience and feeling gained from serving them is supernatural. To encourage harmonious behavior with Divyangjan, it is necessary to remove the prejudice prevailing in the society towards them. Every Divyang person has some talent or the other, by identifying and enhancing it, the energy of Divyangjan can be used for the benefit of the society. As a result of the sensitivity of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the bitter feeling-giving word like Viklang was changed to the respectful address of Divyang. People facing disability are actually true heroes who accept challenges. It is the responsibility of the society to accept and respect their ability. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the program after distributing e-cycles to bone-impaired Divyangjan. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav distributed e-cycles in a program organized in the auditorium of Directorate of Social Justice Department in collaboration with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) on the initiative of Samdarshi Capacity Development and Research Board “Saksham”.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav praised the e-cycles being distributed on this occasion. He said that these cycles can be used as wheelchairs at home as well as tricycles for commuting outside the house. He said that even after being affected by disability, people have made significant contributions in various fields by using their ability and capacity. In the mythological context, the example of Ashtavakra, great musician late Ravindra Jain and Swami Rambhadracharya ji in the field of religion and spirituality is especially noteworthy.
