Remembering Atal Bihari Vajpayee on His Birthday

 Atal Bihari Vajpayee: Today marks the 100th birth anniversary of former Prime Minister and Bharat Ratna, the late Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami paid his respects to Vajpayee by offering floral tributes to his portrait in New Delhi, where he resides. CM Dhami remembered Vajpayee on his birth anniversary, stating that he was a skilled administrator, politician, and popular leader, as well as a great orator. He was respected by people from all walks of life. For Atal Bihari Vajpayee, the national interest was paramount.

CM Dhami also said that Vajpayee was the architect of the state of Uttarakhand. He not only created the state of Uttarakhand but also laid the foundation for its development. Today, the 100th birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee is being celebrated across the country. This day is observed as Good Governance Day. Atal Bihari Vajpayee served as Prime Minister of India three times. He was a skilled politician, as well as a journalist and writer. He is remembered for his powerful speeches, which captivated audiences whenever he spoke. He was born on December 25, 1924, in the Shinde Ki Chawani area of Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. His father’s name was Krishna Bihari Vajpayee and his mother’s name was Krishna Devi. He received his early education in Gwalior and his higher education in Kanpur.
