Prime Minister Modi mentioned Ratapani Tiger Reserve in “Mann Ki Baat”

Bhopal: In the 118th episode of Mann Ki Baat program, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while referring to the recently added Ratapani Tiger Reserve in Madhya Pradesh, said that Indian culture and heritage teaches us to live with affection with the surrounding animals and birds. The opening of two new tiger reserves in the country will further enrich the relationship between flora and fauna. Prime Minister Modi also mentioned Gwalior among the 7 cities of the country under the new startup centers being built in India. On the completion of 9 years of Startup India, he said that the startup culture is not limited to big cities only, but it is also expanding in tier-2 and tier-3 cities. More than half of the startups in these cities are led by daughters.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav listened to the 118th edition of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s popular programme Mann Ki Baat with local residents at the Yoga Centre located in Vajpayee Nagar Idgah Hills Bhopal. Arjun Awardee player of Sehore Kapil Parmar met Chief Minister Dr. Yadav with the medal he received. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav wished him a bright future. It is noteworthy that President Smt. Draupadi Murmu had recently honoured Kapil Parmar.

In his Mann Ki Baat programme, Prime Minister Modi extended his greetings to the countrymen on the occasion of Republic Day and also made the members of the Constituent Assembly listen to their views in their own voices. On National Voter’s Day, he appealed to the countrymen to exercise their franchise in large numbers. Prime Minister Modi, while referring to the ongoing Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj as well as Pushkaram and Gangasagar Mela, said that these are festivals that promote social harmony and unity. He congratulated the scientists for the new records being established in space technology.
Prime Minister Modi described the exchange of views with the youth on topics such as startups, culture, youth, women empowerment and infrastructure under the Vikasit Bharat Young Leader Dialogue on Swami Vivekananda’s birth anniversary as memorable. In Mann Ki Baat, he also mentioned the initiatives being taken in the states including the innovations being done by self-help groups in Andaman and Nicobar. Prime Minister Modi, while mentioning the celebration of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose’s birth anniversary on January 23 as Parakram Diwas, called upon the youth to read as much as possible about him and continuously draw inspiration from his life.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Prime Minister Modi’s Mann Ki Baat program is inspiring for everyone. It gives information about the innovations happening in various states and the initiatives being taken by the general public at the individual level. All the people of the state have received encouragement when Prime Minister Modi mentioned the Ratapani Tiger Reserve started in the state and Gwalior as a startup center in the Mann Ki Baat program. The state is continuously prospering in terms of wildlife. Along with startups, the state government is committed to provide maximum opportunities for skill development and self-reliance to the youth. Sisters and daughters are being given the benefit of Ladli Behna Yojana. Arrangements are also being made to provide them employment in industries. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, the state government is working comprehensively for the welfare of the poor. On this occasion, public representatives and citizens including Bhopal Mayor Smt. Malti Rai were present.
