MP Transco got second place in science fair

Bhopal: MP Power Transmission Company (MP Transco) stall has received the second prize in the national level science fair 2024 organized on the theme of science, technology and innovation. Energy Minister  Pradyuman Singh Tomar has congratulated the officers and employees of Transco on this achievement. 111 stalls of various central, state, public sector undertakings and educational institutions were displayed in the Mahakaushal Science Fair organized for the first time at Veterinary College Jabalpur by Mahakaushal Science Council. Out of this, MP Transco stall was selected for the second place. In this four-day science fair, students from school, college to common citizens showed a lot of interest in the stall of MP Transco. A total of 3 lakh 25 thousand 949 visitors visited the stall of MP Transco and obtained information.

MP Transco has been given this award on the basis of various innovations in the transmission network of Madhya Pradesh, controlling and energizing the transmission elements with HMI technology, demonstration of various models using the latest technology in transmission line maintenance and excellent presentation of explanation to the visitors in simple language. This selection was done by a committee of eminent scientists, learned academicians and renowned engineers of the country.

MP Power Transmission Company Managing Director Engr. Sunil Tiwari expressed happiness over this achievement and congratulated all the employees.
