KVS Admission 2024: First Selection List Announcement Today!

Today, on April 19, Friday, the first selection list for admission to Central Schools will be released. After the list is out, the schools will start the admission process along with document verification. A large number of applications have been received for admission to Central Schools. Students will be selected through a lottery system. Admission will be granted in schools according to the first list. The second list for remaining seats will be out on April 29, and the third list on May 8.

It’s noteworthy that the Central School Organization had recently called for applications. Online applications for admission to Class 1 and schools with kindergarten were accepted until April 15. There are a total of 37 Central Schools in the state. In Raipur, there are three Central Schools. The most seats are available in KV-1 located in WRS. This school has two sections, with 128 seats in each section, totaling to 256 seats for admission. The Central School in D.D. Nagar has 128 seats in Class 1. In the Central School located in New Raipur, admission is only available in one section, so only 32 seats will be available here.
