
Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that GIS is being organized for the first time in the state’s capital city Bhopal. The coming 24 and 25 February will write a new history for Bhopal city . We are all ready to welcome guests and investors. This is not just the government’s event, it is everyone’s event. Everyone should participate in it. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav on Saturday inspected the extensive preparations going on for organizing the Global Investors Summit at the Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya. He said that investors are our special guests, we will leave no stone unturned in welcoming them.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav inspected the entire premises of the Anthropological Museum and closely inspected the preparations of GIS. He also enquired about the entire arrangements from the arrival of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi at the venue to his departure. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav inspected the lounge prepared for Prime Minister Shri Modi in the GIS premises itself. After this, he reached the main auditorium (the largest dome) prepared for the program and saw the stage, seating arrangements for guests and investors. He also observed the audio and visual arrangements by sitting on the seats reserved for investors in front of the stage in the dome itself. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that separate seating arrangements should be made for the delegates coming from abroad. He directed the officials to ensure that there is no technical disruption in the program. Make the sound system better. Also make proper arrangements for drinking water.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav told Bhopal Mayor Mrs. Malti Rai and Principal Secretary Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Mr. Raghavendra Kumar Singh that the internal premises of the Anthropological Museum should be further beautified. Events are to be held here till late evening, so adequate lighting, information boards and smooth traffic should be arranged. No one should face any problem. Principal Secretary Mr. Singh gave information about all the arrangements made in view of GIS in the entire premises of the Anthropological Museum.
On this occasion, Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Shri Vishwas Kailash Sarang, Khajuraho MP Shri V.D. Sharma, MLA Shri Rameshwar Sharma, MLA Shri Bhagwandas Sabnani, other senior public representatives, officials and officers associated with the arrangements were present.
