Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh’s famous solo cyclist Ms Asha Malviya, who is setting an example of courage and determination, made a courtesy visit to Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav at the ministry on Tuesday. Chief Minister Dr Yadav praised Asha’s adventurous journey and announced a reward of Rs one lakh for her. Minister of State for Skill Development and Employment Mr Gautam Tetwal was also present on this occasion.
An exciting journey of 17,200 kilometers
Cyclist Ms. Asha Malviya told that till now she has completed a journey of 17,200 km including Leh-Ladakh on her normal bicycle. Her effort has made not only Madhya Pradesh but the entire country proud.
Chief Minister gave best wishes
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav praised Asha Malviya’s courageous campaign and said that her journey is inspiring for the youth and especially women. Wishing Asha all the best for similar works in the future, he said that Asha’s journey is a unique example of women empowerment and strong willpower. Inspired by her success, other youths will also get inspiration to make their dreams come true.
