Best way to eat stale roti, grated meat will be put on the body

Often 1-2 rotis are made extra at night so that no one remains hungry. But when it is left over, it is thrown away in the morning or fed to the dog. But by eating it in the morning, you can gain weight and remove weakness and fatigue.

In the morning, fry the stale roti well in mustard oil or ghee.

Fry them till they become crispy.

When they cool down, break them with your hands and make crumbs. You can also use a mixer for this.

After this, melt some jaggery in a pan and add milk to it.

When this mixture becomes like chutney, mix the crumbs of roti in it.

After this, spread it on a plate by applying ghee.

Then cut it in the shape of barfi.
