CG NEWS: Special puja on Basant Panchami in ITM University

Raipur. Basant Panchami was celebrated with great enthusiasm at ITM University, Nava Raipur. Here, a special pavilion was decorated at the main entrance of the university building for the worship of Goddess Saraswati on the Basantotsav and a musical program in praise of the Goddess was also organised. Vice Chancellor of the University Prof. (Dr.) Sumer Singh and Director General Ms. Lakshmi Murthy paid obeisance to the revered first deity Shri Ganesha in the university campus and performed the ritual worship of Mother Saraswati, the giver of knowledge, with Vedic mantras. Prof. from University Teaching Department. Ameya Jani, Joint Registrar Vikas Bhosale, Deputy Registrar Ratnesh Srivastava, GM Operations Deepti Mishra along with professors, employees and a large number of students of ITM University were present. After this, Prasad was distributed on a large scale.
