Cooperation plays an important role in trade and business: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that cooperation plays an important role in business. Cooperation has a different importance in every sector including dairy sector, tourism, MSME. Nothing is possible without cooperation. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the thematic session on the second day of GIS. He assured on behalf of the state government that in whichever sector investors want to work, the MP government will fully support them. Signing of 19 MoUs in the presence of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav is a revolutionary initiative. This will prove useful in giving a new dimension to cooperation and economy.
Cooperative Minister Shri Vishwas Kailash Sarang announced the Cooperative Public Private Partnership (CPPP) model and 19 MoUs were signed in the cooperative sector under CPPP for a total amount of Rs 2305 crore. Minister Shri Sarang said that the CPPP model of Madhya Pradesh will work to transform the cooperative sector in the country. Without cooperation, one cannot live everyday life. Big industrialists are also being linked to the cooperative sector. He said that the network of the cooperative sector is very large. Cooperatives are a big medium to reach every person.

If cooperation is made the core of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s dream of a developed India @ 2047, then that goal can be achieved. He said that cooperation will pave the way for prosperity.
Minister Shri Sarang announced the establishment of an investment wing in the cooperative department. He said that the investment wing will work day-to-day. He himself will monitor it. He thanked the investors who were joining and urged new investors to join and contribute to the economic growth of the country and the state.
Joint Secretary of the Union Ministry of Cooperation, Shri Siddharth said that cooperation is our sanskaar. Cooperation has its own importance since ancient times. He told that there are one lakh PACS across the country and 30 crore population is connected with cooperation. In this Amritkaal, this is the area which can progress a lot. The work of computerization of PACS is going on in cooperation. There is no doubt in this, believe me, in the next two years it will create new records of prosperity. The new CPPP model of Madhya Pradesh will be taken forward with full support from the Government of India.
Additional Chief Secretary Mr. Ashok Barnwal said that for the first time the cooperative sector has been added to GIS. There are cooperative societies in every sector. He said that Madhya Pradesh has one crore 9 lakh members and a network of 16 thousand outlets. He told the investors that PACS in MP will fulfill every need. It will also be beneficial for the farmers.
