With Snowfall in the Hills, the Cold Deepens; IMD’s Fog Alert for Two Districts—Stay Alert

Uttarakhand : The weather in Uttarakhand has changed once again. After snowfall in the mountains, the temperature in the plains has dropped again. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for fog in two districts, advising people to be cautious while driving. According to the forecast released by Vikram Singh, the director of the weather department, fog is expected to persist today in Haridwar and Udham Singh Nagar districts, prompting the yellow alert. Therefore, people are being advised to drive carefully. As for the weather in Dehradun, it’s important to note that recent snowfall in hilly areas like Mussoorie, Dhanolti, Auli, and **Nainital has increased the cold. Following the snowfall in the mountains, the temperature in the plains has also decreased. However, there is some sunshine in Dehradun today. According to meteorologists, the weather in Dehradun is expected to remain clear. The maximum temperature in the valley is likely to be 19°C, while the minimum temperature is expected to be 8°C.
