Uttarakhand Board Result: Class 10 and 12 results to be announced this April, evaluation work almost done The Uttarakhand Board is all set to declare the Class 10 and 12 results within April itself. The board is working at full pace to get everything ready. Over 2.23 lakh students appeared for the exams this year, and today marks the deadline for evaluating their answer sheets. This time, the board is preparing the results through a data punching process from Ramnagar, which is expected to speed up the result-making process. The board exams wrapped up on March 11, and since then, the work has been underway non-stop. For the evaluation, the board had set up 29 centers across the state—25 of them are mixed centers, while three are exclusively for high school, and one is for intermediate. Since March 21, around 4,500 teachers have been checking nearly 11 lakh answer sheets at these centers.
What’s different this time is that the marks are being entered online directly from the evaluation centers. This helps make the process faster and reduces the chance of any errors or confusion. According to the board, most centers have finished the evaluation work, and today is the final deadline. Now the board is focusing on compiling the results and is aiming to release them before April 30. If all goes well, the results could be out as early as April 20, although the official date hasn’t been announced yet. Students will be able to check their results on the official Uttarakhand Board website – ubse.uk.gov.in, and also on uaresults.nic.in. Also, there’s some exciting news for the toppers! The state government has announced special rewards for the top-performing students. As part of the reward, the toppers will get to go on an educational tour sponsored by the government—which has students eagerly waiting for the results to come out.
