Mandsaur (Food Poisoning): After a wedding feast in Fatehgarh village of the district, about 125 people suddenly fell ill. Seeing the situation, the medical team of Mandsaur District Hospital reached the village and started treatment by converting the government school there into a temporary hospital. By afternoon, the condition of most of the people started improving. The villagers say that only those who had eaten Ras Malai have fallen ill. As soon as the information about this matter was received, first MLA Vipin Jain and then MP Sudhir Gupta reached the village. The MP also expressed displeasure over the non-arrival of CMHO on the spot. Relief was found in two hours of treatment According to the information, a feast was organized during a wedding in Fatehgarh village on Saturday morning. Shortly after eating food, many people started complaining of vomit, nausea, stomach ache and dizziness.
Initially, treatment was done by the doctors present in the village, but when the condition of many people started deteriorating, a medical team from the district hospital reached the spot on the information of MLA Vipin Jain. The village school was immediately prepared for treatment. After about two hours of treatment, most of the people started getting better. MP Sudhir Gupta also reached the village and met the patients to know about their condition. Angry at the CMHO and his staff not reaching the spot, the MP immediately asked for more medical staff to be sent. This incident created an atmosphere of worry in the village, but the condition of the people improved due to timely help.
