These things will shrink the veins in the guise of cholesterol

The veins shrink due to blockage. This is the reason behind heart attack. Often LDL cholesterol is considered to be the main reason for this. But do you know that it is not the only thing that shrinks the veins, but veins can also get blocked due to calcium. If you are eating high calcium foods, then take a lot of care of this.

This problem does not arise by taking calcium foods alone. Rather, it can trouble people taking supplements. Because the dose of calcium is high in supplements and taking a lot of dietary calcium along with it can cause problems. Calcium plaque can form in the arteries by mixing high amounts of both.

Arteries can get blocked due to coagulation. A study published a few years ago has increased this risk. In a report published in BMJ, it was seen that taking calcium supplements increases the risk of heart attack, stroke and sudden death.

According to the World Health Organization, a normal person needs 400 to 500 mg calcium daily to avoid osteoporosis. According to official advice, a person should take 1000 mg calcium daily from the age of 19 to 50 years.

Calcium is needed to strengthen bones. But Harvard says that you should not focus only on this mineral. You should also do some other things which increase bone density and the body uses calcium in a better way.
