The plan for the overall development of Chitrakoot should be implemented in an integrated manner

Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the plan for the overall development of Chitrakoot should be made in an integrated manner and implemented with everyone’s cooperation. He said that many social organizations are doing social service and other development works in Chitrakoot. Also, connect with the works of these organizations for the convenience of pilgrims and tourists on fairs and occasions held at religious places. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing a review meeting of the ongoing and proposed works for the overall development of Chitrakoot in Chitrakoot on Tuesday.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the overall development of Chitrakoot is our priority. There should be better development here and the original form of Chitrakoot should be maintained along with spiritual splendor. The Chief Minister said that along with the cleanliness and purity of Maa Mandakini, a campaign for water recharge should also be run with the help of voluntary organizations and public participation. The Chief Minister said that our ashrams and institutions should jointly run a campaign for groundwater supply and conservation. How to make the various projects running in Chitrakoot stronger so that our society and region can become self-reliant.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Chitrakoot University and social welfare organizations are working towards creating a self-reliant society. Development work should be done by combining many subjects while maintaining our ancient culture and traditional identity of Chitrakoot. Work should be done with everyone’s cooperation in the field of cow-sheds, cow-rearing, health, education. Possibilities of ropeway option can also be explored for crowd management in Amavasya Mela and Deepawali Mela of Chitrakoot. Create a control room for parking places of vehicles in the fair. He said that the work of widening and strengthening of roads should be completed within the time limit with quality. The Chief Minister directed to start the work of the road to be built from Mohkamgarh to Peeli Kothi from both ends.
Minister of State for Urban Development and Housing, Smt. Pratima Bagri said that there is a need to develop facilities on the Kamadgiri Parikrama route. There should also be proper arrangements for cleanliness on the Parikrama. It is also necessary to set a planned place for donors.
Social worker Mr Suresh Soni said that the importance of the holy pilgrimage of Chitrakoot is due to Kamadgiri and Maa Mandakini. With the development of pilgrimage sites including Ayodhya, the popularity of these places has increased and the movement of pilgrims has increased manifold. The development plan of Chitrakoot should be made according to the circumstances of the next 15-20 years. He said that every monastery, temple, school, social organization of Chitrakoot should also do the work of public enlightenment.
MP Shri Ganesh Singh said that there are possibilities of development in Lord Shri Ram’s Tapobhoomi Chitrakoot. The natural beauty of the temple and pilgrimage sites should remain intact. Along with this, important places of Chaurasi Kosh Parikrama should also be included in the overall development of Chitrakoot and public facilities should be developed. MLA Shri Surendra Singh Gaharwar, DRI’s Organization Secretary Shri Abhay Mahajan, Vice Chancellor Chitrakoot Gramodaya University Prof. Bharat Mishra, Mayor Shri Yogesh Tamrakar, former Principal Sanskrit Vidyalaya Shridhar Tripathi, Acharya Dr. Ramnarayan Tripathi of Gayatri Shakti Peeth, Mahant Shri Sitasharan Ji Maharaj of Janaki Mahal, Shri Ramakant Tripathi, Dr. B.K. Jain of the Trust of Sadguru Seva Sangh, Vice President of DRI Shri Nikhil Prabhakar Mandale and Basant Pandit gave suggestions.
In the review meeting of the ongoing and proposed works for the overall development of Chitrakoot, Additional Commissioner Urban Development and Housing Mr. K.L. Meena presented the plan for the overall development of Chitrakoot prepared by Madhya Pradesh Urban Development Corporation.

Chief Minister planted saplings in Chitrakoot Ramvan Gaman Anubhuti Vatika
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav on Tuesday planted peepal, banyan and neem saplings in the Ram Van Gaman Anubhuti Vatika in the Shri Ram Van Sanskriti Forest developed by the Forest Department in Chitrakoot.
Chief Minister visited Van Devi
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav visited the Van Devi temple in Chitrakoot on Tuesday and offered prayers. He inspected the construction and development work being done by the Forest Department at the Van Devi temple. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that this ancient and mythological place associated with Ram Path Gaman is believed to be the Shakti Peeth of Van Devi Shakti Swaroopa Maa Parvati. The development of Van Devi temple has also been included in the development plan of Ram Van Gaman Path.
Chief Minister flagged off straw-reaper and super-seeder machines of self-help groups
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav flagged off straw-reaper and super seeder machines purchased through bank linkage for 9 women self-help groups at Shriram Sanskriti Van in Chitrakoot on Tuesday. In Satna district, through Madhya Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission District Panchayat Satna, in the program ‘Garibi se Lakhpati ki Aur Badhte Kadam’ as an innovation, a machine for making straw from Narwai and a super-seeder machine have been purchased for the women through bank linkage to the self-help group. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also provided a bank linkage cheque of Rs 4 crore 12 lakh to 138 self-help groups.
