The government gave the gift of salary hike to 124 doctors
The state government has given the gift of salary hike to 124 doctors on Igas festival. Doctors who completed the prescribed service in hilly and inaccessible areas were given the benefit of Special Dynamic Assured Career Progression (SDACP). The government issued orders in this regard. Secretary Health Dr. R. Rajesh Kumar said, the government is serious about the demands of all health workers.
Secretary Health said, every justified demand will be resolved. The benefit of SDACP will be given to those doctors of the Provincial Medical Service cadre, who have completed their prescribed service period in hilly and inaccessible areas. Doctors were demanding SDACP for many years. On the basis of the recommendations of the screening committee, 124 doctors were given the benefit of salary hike.
Secretary Health said, recently, orders for promotion to the posts of Additional Director and Joint Director were issued on the demand of Provincial Medical Service cadre. Other demands of the doctors are being considered sympathetically. He urged all the doctors of the state to work with full dedication and devotion. It is the responsibility of the government to resolve their demands and ensure their security.
