The corporation conducted a campaign and caught 96 stray cattle from the roads in the corporation area and sent them to Gauthan.

Raipur. In compliance with the order of the High Court, in accordance with the guidelines of the Urban Administration and Development Department of the State Government, as per the orders of Raipur District Collector Dr. Gaurav Kumar Singh and as per the instructions of Raipur Municipal Corporation Commissioner Abinash Mishra, the campaign to catch stray cattle on the roads is continuing continuously by all the 10 zones of the Municipal Corporation with the help of cowcatchers and labor heroes of the special team. Under the campaign, today the team of Zone 1 caught 13, the team of Zone 2 caught 7, the team of Zone 3 caught 3 stray cattle from the roads and left them in Tekari Gauthan. Whereas Zone 4 caught 4 and Zone 5 caught 10 stray cattle. The team of Zone 6 caught 3 stray cattle. Zone 7 caught 6, Zone 8 caught 20, Zone 9 caught 25 stray cattle. 5 stray cattle were caught from zone 10 with the help of cow catcher vehicle and Shramveers of special team and were left at Gokul Nagar Gauthan. Today, under the campaign, cow catcher teams of the zones caught a total of 96 stray cattle. The campaign to catch stray cattle will continue continuously.
