Selected officers should use their rights with a sense of service and positive mindset: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav

Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that Indian society is a self-controlled and cultured society. The officers selected for state service should proceed towards discharging their responsibilities with a pure sense of service and refined mind and brain, using the powers given to them. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, while wishing the trainee officers for their bright future, said that it is his wish that the officers live up to the hopes and aspirations of all with their skill and efficiency. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the inaugural session of the 118th joint basic training program of the officers of the State Civil Service at the Academy of Administration. He inaugurated the program by lighting the lamp. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was welcomed by presenting a bouquet of flowers by Director General of the Academy of Administration, Mr. Sachin Sinha. The Academy Sankalp song was presented at the beginning of the training. A group photo of the trainee officers was also taken with Chief Minister Dr. Yadav.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav told the trainees to carry out their administrative responsibilities and tasks efficiently by self-introspection of the knowledge gained from teaching-training from nursery class till now. He said that teaching builds a person and training builds personality. Our textbooks are a storehouse of immense knowledge, but to fulfill responsibilities, one has to find his own path with the help of this knowledge. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav inspired them to take care of family values in discharging their responsibilities, develop decent behavior and communication skills with the general public, and innovate in the interest of society by thinking out of the box. Along with the responsibility of a big post, living up to the expectations of family and friends is also a challenge. He said that your behavior should be such that you can live up to the hopes and aspirations of as many people as possible.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that under the guidance of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the state government is working with commitment towards development and public welfare through Mission Karmayogi. The selected officers have got the opportunity to serve the people due to their own hard work and God’s grace. He expected from everyone that after training, the officers should accept the field challenges and discharge a responsible-accountable-transparent-clean and sensitive role for good governance and quality public services with confidence and positive mindset.
Additional Chief Secretary General Administration Mr. Sanjay Dubey, Director General Administration Academy Mr. Sachin Sinha, Additional Director General of Police Mr. Raja Babu Singh also addressed the inaugural session. Director Administration Academy Mr. Mujibur Rahman Khan expressed his gratitude. The seven-week joint basic training program for a total of 83 trainees selected for the posts of Deputy District Magistrate, Deputy Superintendent of Police and Naib Tehsildar of the year 2020 and 2021 batch selected in the state service examination of Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission will be conducted at the Administration Academy from 7 April to 23 May 2025.
