Road map for development should be made in every district: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that development work should continue in the state. A road map should be prepared to complete the development works in every district. Keeping in mind the development works of the district, the development works should also be divided assembly and Lok Sabha constituency wise. This road map should be prepared for the next four-five years. A plan should also be made to complete the development works by setting priority. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was taking information about the development works of the districts through video conferencing from Samatva Bhavan. Cabinet members, MPs, MLAs, public representatives, administrative officers from the districts joined virtually in the video conferencing. Chief Secretary Mrs. Veera Rana, Director General of Police Mr. Sudhir Kumar Saxena, Additional Chief Secretary Chief Minister’s Office Dr. Rajesh Rajoura and senior officers were present.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the benefits of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s priority schemes should be given to farmers, women, poor and youth as per eligibility. No beneficiary should be deprived of the benefits of public welfare schemes. He said that Madhya Pradesh has made the highest number of Ayushman cards, about four crore. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav congratulated the public representatives and officials for this achievement. The beneficiaries of Ayushman Bharat Yojana in the state have benefited on a large scale. He said that the public representatives should personally pay attention to the implementation of Prime Minister Shri Modi’s flagship schemes.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that One District-One Product Scheme should be marketed. Public representatives should have a better role in employment-oriented programs. Jal-Ganga Samvardhan Abhiyan and plantation campaign should continue on a large scale. Under the plantation campaign, good shady and fruit-bearing plants should be planted. He said that the work of planting trees on a large scale has been done well in various districts including Jabalpur, Indore, Bhopal. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that no student should be deprived of admission under the School Chale Abhiyan, College Chale Abhiyan. The operation of Anganwadis should be better. KG-1 and KG-2 classes will be started in Anganwadis. Training for this will start soon. Public representatives should also visit hostels and ashrams of Scheduled Castes and Tribes and cooperate in improving the arrangements. Offices of all local bodies should open regularly. Public representatives should have good coordination with the district administration.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that proper arrangements should be ensured for better law and order situation in the state. Strict action should be taken against illegal transportation of cows under the Cow Protection Act. The state government has doubled the amount given to cow shelters. One thousand cow shelters are to be operated in the state. Everyone should make collective efforts so that no cow roams on the roads.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav directed the officials to ensure all flood prevention measures in advance. He directed to resolve revenue related works quickly. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav directed to work for promoting Shri Anna (Kodo-Kutki) in the state. He said that officers and public representatives are part of the government. There should be better coordination between officers and public representatives. He said that appropriate measures will be taken to overcome the shortage of teachers in schools and colleges. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that necessary development works and measures should be ensured to create ideal Legislative Assemblies. Prepare a road map for development works by holding meetings at the district level. He said that the law and order situation should remain good during the upcoming festivals. MPs and MLAs should make such arrangements using modern technology that they can personally do video conferencing from their offices.
