Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the whole country is going through new enthusiasm and excitement with the “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign started with the inspiration of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. Prime Minister Shri Modi had given special exemption to the common man to hoist the tricolor from the time of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. As a result of this, now hoisting the tricolor has become a campaign of the people across the country. In the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign, the state government is walking hand in hand with the central government. Urban bodies, Panchayati Raj institutions are also active in this direction. We all should hoist the sacred tricolor at our home and also take care of its dignity. This will be our tribute to the revolutionaries, martyrs and freedom fighters. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing after inaugurating the tricolor rally of Bhopal Police.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav waved the tricolor flag from Bhopal Police Commissioner’s office and flagged off the tricolor rally. He also released tricolour balloons in the sky. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav flagged off the police vehicle rally decorated with tricolour flags amidst patriotic songs. He also flagged off the tricolour rally being taken out by the members of Nagar Raksha Samiti, Gram Raksha Samiti and various social organisations. In the tricolour rally, more than 300 bikers in uniform left on various routes of the capital to give the message of national unity and integrity. Members of Gram Raksha Samiti, Nagar Raksha Samiti, social organisations and school-college students participated in the rally in large numbers.
Director General of Police Mr. Sudhir Kumar Saxena said in his introductory address that the police family is continuing to organise the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan in the entire state on the theme “Azadi Ke Rang-Khaki Ke Sang”.
