Our indigenous cow is the best: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that just as the Madhya Pradesh government is giving bonus to farmers for different crops like wheat, gram, etc., similarly, bonus will now be given on buying milk so that people can be encouraged to rear cows in every house. At the same time, accident-prone and disabled cows will be kept in the cow shelter. Training will also be started so that the milk business can also help in changing the lives of our people. He said that our indigenous cows are the best. Efforts will be made to promote our indigenous cows.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the program of promotion of Kapila cow shelter located in village Ratnakhedi of Ujjain and the launch of “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” campaign. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav inaugurated the campaign in the entire district by planting saplings in the cow shelter. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav visited and observed the Kapila cow shelter. He worshipped the cow shelter by putting a garland on it, applying tilak and performed aarti. He also fed animal fodder to the little calves and pampered them. He observed the modern animal feed machine and other equipment available in the cowshed. Shri Achyutanand Ji Maharaj of Kapila Gaushala informed about the master plan of cowshed development along with the innovation done in the cowshed. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav presented saplings to various institutions that pledged to plant and protect saplings in the program.

A short film focused on the development work plan of Kapila Gaushala was screened in the program. The program was conducted by Swami Muskurake. Singer Shri Amit Sharma presented patriotic and environment-oriented melodious songs.

On this occasion, MP Shri Anil Ferozia, MLA Shri Anil Jain Kaluheda, Municipal Corporation Chairman Smt. Kalavati Yadav, District President Smt. Kamla Kunwar, Shri Vivek Joshi, Shri Bahadur Singh Bormundla and other public representatives and Divisional Commissioner Ujjain Shri Sanjay Gupta, Inspector General of Police Shri Santosh Kumar Singh, Collector Shri Neeraj Kumar Singh, SP Shri Pradeep Sharma, Corporation Commissioner Shri Ashish Pathak and other officials were present.

Cow is the mother of the animate and inanimate world

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has said that if there is one cow instead of 10 sons, then its importance is more than 10 sons. It is said in our country “Gaavo Vishvasya Matarah” i.e. cow is the mother of the animate and inanimate world. Yogiraj Shri Krishna became famous as cow-keeper Gopal Krishna by serving the cow. Our cow is the soul of Indian Sanatan culture. Our cow is as revered as Ganga, Gita, Gayatri, Govardhan and Govind. Sarvadevamayi Hi Gau: It is believed that 33 crore gods and goddesses reside in the cow. By serving the cow, one gets the fruits of worshipping all the gods and goddesses.

Cow is the symbol of Lord Shankar and Vishnu

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that it is said in Padma Purana that all the four Vedas reside in the mouth of the cow. Lord Shankar and Vishnu reside in the horns of the cow. With this special identity, Mother Cow spreads a unique shade in our nature. In true sense, Mother Cow works to give vibrations to our life by fulfilling it. In Dwapar Yuga, when Lord Krishna came to earth, it was Mother Devki who gave birth to him, Yashoda who brought him up and our Mother Cow who made him Gopal. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also mentioned the valor and efforts of Mother Yashoda and Nand Baba in the birth and upbringing of Lord Krishna.

Kanha’s life is incomplete without cows

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that see the glory of Mother Cow that Lord Bholenath Shiva and our Gopal Krishna have made cows an integral part of their lives. Bholenath made Nandi his vehicle, while our Kanha’s life is incomplete without cows. In true sense, it is because of the association of Mother Cow with Lord Krishna that he is called Yogiraj Shri Krishna Gopal. Which fills Lord Krishna with joy too. He always kept his identity with Mother Cow. Connecting Gopal with cow mother means love for nature, love for mute creatures and protection of 33 crore gods and goddesses.

Works for promotion of Kapil Gaushala appreciated

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that our cow mother has also come under threat in the flow of time. The government is also committed to the protection and promotion of cow mother along with the all-round development of the state. Work is being done to improve the cow shelters. He congratulated Shri Achyutananda Ji Maharaj who played a significant role in the promotion of Kapila Gaushala. He said that Shri Achyutananda Ji Maharaj is playing an important role in the protection of cows, which is inspiring for all of us. He has earlier also done a remarkable job of rearing more than 5000 cows in Gwalior. He also praised the beautiful idols of Lord Shiva Ganesha made in Kapil Gaushala. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that not only the animals are being reared well in Kapila Gaushala, but it is also equipped with modern machines. Here food for more than 1000 animals can be prepared in a few minutes. He said that the work of keeping the cows found destitute on the main roads of Ujjain, Bhopal, Indore, Dewas etc. is being done in the Gaushala. He appreciated the work done by the District Administration and Municipal Corporation for the promotion of Kapila Gaushala.

The protection of cows is not only the responsibility of the government but the responsibility of all of us: Shri Achyutananda Ji Maharaj
