Chief Minister announced to open Apex Bank in Kotba

Raipur 24 November 2024: Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai today attended the closing ceremony of the 33rd Open Challenge Trophy Football Competition organized at Village Baghbahar Mini Stadium in Pathalgaon Tehsil of Jashpur district. On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Sai also announced the upgradation of the 10-bed hospital of Primary Health Center Baghbahar to 30 beds.
He announced the beautification of the pond near the Shiva temple of Baghbahar, construction of rest house, installation of high masks at Baghbahar Chowk-intersections, development of essential facilities in the mini stadium and opening of Apex Bank in Kotba. Addressing the closing ceremony, Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai congratulated the organizers and players for the successful organization of this competition and said that our government is committed to the development of sports in the state and to promote talented players. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has started Khelo India to promote sports. Due to this, many talented players are emerging in India.
The Chief Minister said that recently I spoke to Bilaspur mountaineer Nisha Yadav on the phone. She told me that she wants to hoist the tricolor on Africa’s highest peak Mount Kilimanjaro. I gave her a cheque of Rs 3 lakh 45 thousand so that she can fulfill her dream. Similarly, I also spoke to badminton player daughter Ritika Dhruv of a poor family of Dhamtari on the phone and took the responsibility of providing full help from the government.
On this occasion, MLA Smt. Gomti Sai and MLA Jashpur Shri Raimuni Bhagat said that the Chhattisgarh government is providing benefits of various schemes to the people.
The Chief Minister congratulated F. Enjoyed the final match played between C. Makarchunwa, Tehsil Pathalgaon and Gond Brothers Kinjirkela Orissa and encouraged the players.
