Only 10 out of 25 employees found in Nala gang, contractor fined

Raipur. In the Nala Gang of Zone No. 5 area of Raipur Municipal Corporation, only 10 employees were found working instead of 25 employees. On which the contractor was fined Rs 25 thousand. This will be deducted from payment.
On the instructions of Corporation Commissioner Abinash Mishra, a campaign is being started to clean the drains in all the 10 zones before the rainy season. Recently, when the ZHO posted at the headquarters counted the employees engaged in the drain gang of Zone No. 5, only 12 employees were found working there. Whereas there were to be 25 personnel there. On this, the contractor was warned and instructions were given to bring all the employees and get the work done. This morning, Corporation Health Officer Dr. Trupti Panigrahi had arrived to inspect the cleaning work. When they found less employees, they got the count done on the spot and found only 10 employees present there. Then a fine of Rs 25 thousand was imposed on the contractor. This will be deducted from the contractor’s bill. The contractor was also warned to bring all the employees.
