bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the officers of the Indian Administrative Service have an important role in creating a unique image of a large and diverse country like India in the world. Today India has a distinct identity and the country is looked upon with respect. The nature of the Indian Administrative Service is different from other services. Along with hard work, it is only with God-given luck that a person gets the opportunity to serve the people through the Indian Administrative Service. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the program after inaugurating the Civil Service Meet-2024 organized by Madhya Pradesh IAS Officers Association at the Academy of Administration. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was welcomed by presenting Angavastram. Chief Secretary Anurag Jain presented a memento to Chief Minister Dr. Yadav.

Officials make history by taking decisions with skill Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, while referring to the mythological reference, said that the best use of God-given fame is to be made for public good. The officers of the Indian Administrative Service are capable of bringing positive changes in the lives of people and transforming systems into order. Such initiatives taken at the individual level provide happiness and satisfaction. According to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, officers make history only by taking decisions with their efficiency and wisdom along with better opportunities and their better implementation.

The efficiency of IAS officers in implementing decisions is commendable Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the legislature, judiciary and executive have different responsibilities in running the system. They also have their own expertise in discharging them. All these institutions have contributed at their own level in maintaining democracy. He said that taking a decision or giving an idea is easy, but its implementation on a large scale is challenging. The efficiency of the officers of the Indian Administrative Service in implementing the decisions is commendable.

Contribute to the progress of the country and public welfare even after service period Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the brainstorming of the Civil Service Meet will be helpful in building a new Madhya Pradesh of the new era. There should be a thought on structuring an institution to share the long experiences of administrative officers. This will provide a platform for exchange of ideas with people from different fields and to contribute to the country’s progress and public welfare even after the service period. In view of the events taking place in the global scenario, the present time of India is very favorable and positive. This can be assessed from the events taking place in the neighboring countries. As the world’s largest democracy, India’s systems are presenting an ideal in the world. The contribution of the officers of the Indian Administrative Service is important in this.
