National News : Elderly couple committed suicide, what is the truth behind it

An elderly couple from Sakra-Wajidpur Panchayat of Muzaffarpur, Bihar committed suicide due to not being able to repay the loan. Police say that the couple took this step due to repeated calls from loan sharks, and police are investigating the matter. After investigation, the police said that Shivan had borrowed money from people in the community at high interest rates for basic needs like food and medicine. He had taken a total loan of Rs 7 lakh in his own name and in his wife’s name.
Police said family members informed that his parents were missing and a search was launched, during which their bodies were found hanging from a tree. Sakra police registered a case and sent the bodies to SKMCH for postmortem.
