Mp News : Sanju became a millionaire by becoming a bank friend

To empower any society, it is most important that women be economically and socially prosperous. A prosperous society cannot be imagined without the empowerment of women. Today, women of Madhya Pradesh have succeeded in establishing their own livelihood by following the path of self-reliance. All this has been possible through the self-help groups formed under the Rural Livelihood Mission. By joining these groups, women have provided financial strength to themselves and their families. One such strong woman is Mrs. Sanju Malviya, resident of Govinda Gram Panchayat of Shajapur district. Sanju says that she wanted to get involved in work after studying, but due to family circumstances she could not go to school for long and got married after class 9th. When she came to her in-laws’ house, her husband encouraged her to study. With her husband’s inspiration, Sanju pursued further studies and passed BA.

Now the family is living a happy life

Due to the financial condition of the family not being good, Sanju thought of doing some work so that it could help the family. But no way could be found. Then Sanju came to know about the self-help group. Sanju was selected as Bank Sakhi by Livelihood Mission. After connecting with people by becoming a Bank Sakhi, Sanju’s confidence increased and she started moving forward for other work. Sanju purchased a vehicle through Aajeevika Express and gave it to her husband to drive. This increased his income further. Her husband started getting Rs 7,000 every month from Aajeevika Express. Sanju also started earning almost the same amount. Due to this, the annual income of husband and wife has increased to more than one lakh. Now Sanju and his family are living a happy life. Sanju was honored at the district level for his progressiveness.
