Lord Shri Ram's incidents should be shown in Shri Ramraja Lok Orchha: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the major incidents that took place during the period of Lord Shri Ram’s exile in the territory of present-day Madhya Pradesh should be shown in Shri Ramraja Lok being developed in Orchha. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, while reviewing the progress of construction work of various religious and cultural Loks in the state, directed that arrangements should also be made for the presentation of light and sound shows at these places. Ensuring the means of income of various religious and cultural Loks being developed in the state, their construction and management process should be decided, so that all Loks can be operated in a systematic manner. With the aim of ensuring better management of Loks, an operating committee of the concerned departments like Culture, Tourism, Religious Endowment, Revenue, Panchayat and Rural Development and Urban Development and Housing Department should be formed at the local level. Culture, Tourism, Religious Endowment and Religious Endowment Minister Shri Dharmendra Singh Lodhi, Chief Secretary Smt. Veera Rana, Additional Chief Secretary Dr. Rajesh Rajoura, Principal Secretary Culture and Tourism Shri Shivshekhar Shukla and other officials were present in the meeting.
Ayurvedic hospital should be connected to Bhadwa Mata Lok
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav asked to ensure that the design in the construction work of all the religious and cultural Loks being developed should be such that the beautification and attraction remains long-term. He directed to develop research centre and educational institution in Sant Ravidas Lok, Sagar. Dr. Yadav said that devotees come to Bhadwa Mata Lok Neemuch for darshan as well as health benefits. Ayurvedic hospital and physiotherapy center should also be connected to Bhadwa Mata Lok. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the features of the architectural style in which the temples are built should be followed in the construction of structures.
Fairs should be focused on the art-culture-architecture and cuisine of the state
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that to promote the rich cultural heritage of Madhya Pradesh, fairs focused on the art-culture-architecture and major cuisines of the state should be organized in other states of the country, this will also encourage tourism in the state.
Loks will become centers of pride towards religious and cultural heritage
With the aim of cultural, religious renaissance and development of tourism in the state, the Tourism Department is working for the development of 18 Loks. Out of these, 14 Loks are religious and 4 are cultural, construction work of 10 religious and 4 cultural Loks is in progress. Work will be done to preserve the special religious and cultural places from the Loks, develop the surrounding infrastructure and develop the high level facilities required for devotees and tourists. With the aim of strengthening the feeling of pride towards religious and cultural heritage among the youth, religious stories, folk arts etc. will also be displayed through modern technology like light and sound shows, exhibition galleries and projection, mapping etc.
