Chandrababu Naidu was the Chief Minister of the state from 2014 to 2019. At that time Chandrababu Naidu had proposed to make Amaravati the capital city. He dreamed of making the Greenfield capital Amaravati more prosperous from an environmental point of view. This city is located between the cities of Vijayawada and Guntur and includes 29 villages.
Land prices increased after elections
According to a TOI report, after the results of the Lok Sabha elections, real estate prices in Amaravati city of Andhra Pradesh have increased by 50 to 100 percent. Since Chandrababu Naidu has always been interested in developing Amaravati city as the capital, if this announcement is made in the coming days, it will benefit Amaravati a lot.
