Investment proposals worth Rs 30,402 crores received in “MP Rise 2025 Conclave” Ratlam: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav

bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that along with the country, Madhya Pradesh is also changing. Innovations are taking place in all the areas of development here. A good environment for investment has been created in every sector. He said that this caravan of industrial development of the state will not stop, but will move forward at a faster pace. Ratlam was earlier known for apples, sarees and gold but now the same Ratlam will be known for skill, scale and startups. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that investment proposals worth Rs 30402 crore have been received in the Rise Conclave of Ratlam, which will create 35 thousand 520 jobs.

Ratlam has a glorious history. Ratlam’s central location in the country makes it even more special. Very soon, goods will be transported by air through air cargo in the state. He said that our government is making every possible effort for the betterment of the state and to provide employment to the youth. Our efforts will continue till we make Madhya Pradesh the leading state of the country. He said that for the development of the state, we will bring investment from wherever possible. He said that to encourage investors, he is going to hold a road show in Surat on June 29. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the Regional Industry, Skill and Employment (RICE) Conclave organized in Ratlam on Friday.

Major announcements of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that with a view to promoting green energy in view of environmental protection, if separate investment is made by the previously established MSME units only for setting up renewable energy plants, then these units will also be given assistance of Industry Development Grant on investment made in renewable energy plants. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav announced approval of an amount of Rs. 50 lakh per Gram Panchayat for road construction, community building and necessary infrastructure development for the convenience of local residents in the 6 villages Bibarod, Palsodi, Rampuriya, Sarvanikhurd, Jamthun and Julwania area and population adjacent to the Mega Investment Region in Ratlam. The Chief Minister also announced to make arrangements for 220 KV power line in the new area for the convenience of the investment area industrial park and industrial units of Ratlam area. He said that hockey astro turf will be built on international standards in the Polo Ground of Ratlam. Along with this, a big airstrip will be constructed in Ratlam. He said that a satellite town will be built for the development of Kalika Mata complex.

More than 4 lakh beneficiaries got loans worth Rs 3861 crore Chief Minister Dr. Yadav transferred loan amount of Rs. 3861 crore for self-employment to the accounts of more than 4 lakh beneficiaries of the state through a single click at the Regional Industry, Skill and Employment (RICE) Conclave. The Chief Minister also provided land allotment letters to 35 large industrial units investing more than Rs. 6000 crore and providing employment to more than 17600 people. He also performed Bhoomi Pujan and inaugurated 94 industrial units and clusters costing more than Rs. 2012 crore. The Chief Minister transferred incentive amount of Rs. 270 crore to 288 MSME units and financial assistance amount of Rs. 425 crore to 140 large industrial units through a single click. The Chief Minister also provided land allotment letters to 538 MSME units.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has said that under the guidance of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, several programs are being organized to promote industry and employment along with the Investor Summit every month in Madhya Pradesh. The state government is organizing road shows and other programs for investors in different cities of the state and the country. The government is doing solid work on the basis of its policies for business. He said that every trader keeps property worth lakhs in the Mahalaxmi temple of Ratlam on Diwali. Today, there was a rain of investment here too. Entrepreneurs and officials are felicitated on the occasion of International MSME Day. In the changing times, the state is getting many gifts from Prime Minister Shri Modi. Ratlam’s connectivity with other states is better. Through the Delhi-Mumbai Express, one can reach Delhi in 6 hours and Mumbai in 6 hours from here. In the coming years, air cargo service will be provided to traders for transporting goods. Goods will be sent out by air. Discussions have been held with the Maharashtra government to start facilities for traders of Madhya Pradesh at the port. Even the smallest investor is important for the government. The world is amazed to see our economy. Your factories light the fire in many people’s homes. Factories are like temples of God.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Prime Minister Shri Modi has put India ahead of the world in his 11-year tenure. Today, all kinds of world-class facilities are available in India. Our government is playing an important role in the transportation of goods along with rail passengers. The Railway Minister has gifted a 4-track rail line to Ratlam. More than Rs 30.77 lakh crore of investment was received in the state through GIS, which will create about 21 lakh employment opportunities. The state government has implemented 18 new policies in February to develop industry, investment and employment opportunities. More than 340 industrial areas, 10 food parks, 5 SEZs, 2 spice parks are operating in the state. Adequate land bank is available in Madhya Pradesh, the government is giving full support to new investors to start industries. There is also surplus electricity in the state. New opportunities have been created in leather park, pharma park, textile park, IT and service sector. There are more than 220 IT companies and more than 150 ESDM companies operating in the state, where more than 2 lakh IT professionals are employed. Khargone, Mandsaur, Ujjain, Budhni, Pithampur are big centres in the textile industry. PM Mitra Park is going to be built in the textile sector in Dhar soon. The state is rich in mineral wealth. Diamonds are being found in Panna, while gold mines have been found in Singrauli district.

Our policy is that wherever we hold a conclave, we also inaugurate the industry and perform bhumi pujan.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that it is our policy that wherever we hold a conclave, we also inaugurate the industry and perform Bhoomi Pujan. Rise Conclave is an innovative effort to prepare new entrepreneurs. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav virtually interacted with entrepreneurs and public representatives of Rewa, Sagar, Alirajpur, Dhar, Ratlam. Here, information was obtained from entrepreneurs setting up food processing, textile, dairy industry, electrical equipment manufacturing units. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav provided Letter of Intent to SRF Group for land allotment. The Chief Minister honored Mr. Taran Singh Jeera of Central Bank of India for outstanding performance in the year 2024-25 for providing loans in MSME Self-Employment Credit. Bank of Baroda and Bank of India were also honored in this category. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also distributed cheques of loan amount to livelihood self-help groups.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav inaugurated and performed Bhoomi Pujan of 10 State Clusters and Alirajpur CFC to be built at a cost of Rs 104 crore on 73.43 hectares under MSME Department. Also, new DTIC offices of Niwari, Agar Malwa and Raisen districts were inaugurated under MSME Department. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also performed Bhoomi Pujan of New Industrial Area, Semri Kankar, District Mandsaur to be built at a cost of Rs 61.26 crore on 80.26 hectares under Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Department-MPIDC. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav gave unique gifts to Ratlam districts by inaugurating 8 development works worth Rs 202 crore. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also provided employment offer letters to 263 aspiring youth by Skill Development Department. Also, land allotment letters were provided to entrepreneurs under MSME Department.

In the presence of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was also exchanged between the MSME Department and Walmart Company at the conclave. After this MoU, small entrepreneurs will now get better market connectivity for their products. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also released the Successful Entrepreneur-Samriddh Pradesh booklet published by the MSME Department, ITI and Industry Connect magazine published by (Skill Development Department) and Yuva Sangam brochure.

  • Loans worth Rs 3861 crore distributed to more than 4.15 lakh beneficiaries.

  • Financial assistance of Rs 425 crore to 140 industrial units.

  • Financial assistance of Rs 269 crore to 880 MSME industrial units.

  • Bhoomi Pujan and inauguration of 16 new industrial areas to be developed under MSME Department at a cost of Rs 242 crore on 329 hectares.

  • Bhoomi Pujan and inauguration of 10 state clusters and Alirajpur CFC to be built at a cost of Rs 104 crore on 73.43 hectares under the MSME department.

  • Inauguration of new DTIC offices of Niwari, Agar-Malwa, Raisen under MSME Department.

  • Bhoomi Pujan of the new industrial area Semri Kankad, District Mandsaur, to be developed at a cost of Rs 26 crore on 80.26 hectares under MPIDC.

  • Inauguration and bhoomi pujan of development works worth more than Rs 222 crore by the Public Works Department in Ratlam district.

  • Distribution of employment offer letters to 263 aspiring youth.

  • After the implementation of new rules-2025 by the MSME department, online transparency has been made. Investment of more than 250 crores.

  • Land allotment to 538 units generating employment of more than 10 thousand people.

  • Distribution of Letters of Intent by MPIDC to 35 industrial units investing more than Rs. 6 thousand crores and providing employment to more than 17 thousand 600 people.

One-to-one discussion with 15 leading industrialists 15 leading industrialists of the country held one-to-one discussions with Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav and gave investment proposals and expressed their desire to set up industries in Madhya Pradesh. The industrialists discussed investment areas and various industrial facilities. The Chief Minister assured the investors to provide a better investment friendly environment in the state. Three sectoral sessions were held During MP RISE, three parallel sectoral sessions were also organized on investment, employment and skill development. DIPIP organized a session focused on investment policies and EODB, while the MSME department organized a session on Racing and Accelerating. The Skill Development Department organized a session focused on technical education, skill development and employment. Investors and departments interested in the above subjects participated enthusiastically in these sessions.

MSME Minister Shri Chaitanya Kashyap said that today is a historic day for Ratlam. This conclave has been named MP Rise 2025. Leading industrialists of Malwa region have also attended the gathering. Skill development is also necessary along with industry. Under the visionary leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, conferences are being organized for industry and skill development across the state. The immense possibilities of tourism have gained momentum through regional conclaves. Madhya Pradesh is a leader in the agricultural sector. The state’s share in the country’s GDP is about 30 percent. Till last year, subsidy of Rs 2100 crore has been distributed. With the support of the state government, bank loans have been sanctioned to 4 lakh 85 thousand youth of the state. Companies have given job offers to 27 thousand youth. Madhya Pradesh is a big partner in the development of the country.

MP Shri V.D. Sharma said that the continuous efforts of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav have given a new direction to industrial development in the state. He said that Chief Minister Dr. Yadav put forward the idea of ​​organizing regional industry conclaves in different areas of the state for inclusive and balanced industrial development. Under this thinking, RIC was successfully organized in the divisions of the state, which strengthened the concept of holistic development. He said that the efforts of the Chief Minister have created an industry-friendly environment in the state, which has increased both the confidence and participation of investors. These initiatives have accelerated the industrial pace of the state and created new employment opportunities.

Industrialists also expressed their views Senior industrialists who came to the conclave also expressed their views. Shri Deenbandhu Trivedi, founder of Zeal Enterprises, said that Zeal Group has trained 20 thousand youths. Out of these, 10 thousand have got jobs in Zeal Group companies. The rest of the trained youths are self-employed or are associated with other companies. Women have got employment in the units of Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. He said that we assure the government that we will set up one of our units in Ratlam as well.

MD of Ipca Laboratories Shri Ajit Jain said that after Maharashtra, Ipca established its first unit in Ratlam in 1983. There is an investment of 2500 crores in Madhya Pradesh. Further investment of 1000 crores is going to be made. A new biotech unit has been established in Pithampur with an investment of 250 crores, where clinical research will be done on 6 drugs. When we came to Madhya Pradesh, the condition of roads was not good here and the state was considered a sick state. Today the situation has changed rapidly. The present government and administration are very sensitive and active. The law and order here is good. The state is progressing at a fast pace in technology. The state is progressing under the double engine government.

President and CEO of SRF Limited Ratlam, Mr. Prashant Mehra said that Madhya Pradesh is an excellent state for investment. Together with the government, we will make the state a global investment hub. He said that the state government has supported our company at every step. We will invest 9.5 thousand crore rupees in Madhya Pradesh. This will provide employment to 4 thousand people. An industry friendly environment has been created in the state under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav. More than 9000 people are working in our company. The company is working in other sectors including chemicals. There are 16 units in the country, out of which 5 are in Madhya Pradesh. We will also take our economic activities forward in Ratlam. We will provide training, technical skills and employment to the youth. A large number of industrialists, investors and beneficiaries including Mandsaur MP Mr. Sudhir Gupta, MLA Mr. Dilip Singh Parihar, MLA Mr. Chintaman Malviya, Mr. Guman Singh Solanki, Dr. Rajendra Pandey were present at the conclave.
