14th edition of Digital Transformation Conference concluded in Bhopal
Bhopal. The 14th edition of the Digital Transformation Conference (DTC) organized by the Department of Science and Technology in collaboration with MP State Electronics Development Corporation (MPSEDC) and Gov Connect concluded today. During this, thinkers, policy makers and industry experts came together. The program led to serious brainstorming on the convergence of technology and governance to take forward government transformation, sustainability and inclusive development in the digital age.
The conference, themed Convergence of Technology and Governance, saw lively discussions on the future of government transformation, with a focus on creating a citizen-centric digital ecosystem. From keynote addresses to knowledge-sharing sessions, the event provided a collaborative platform for cross-sector engagement. The discussion focused on leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance government transparency, efficiency and citizen engagement. The speakers were of the opinion that sustainability should be emphasized as the key driver of the digital transformation roadmap.
Industry leaders from leading organisations such as Hitachi Vantara, IBM, AMD India, Salesforce, Jabra, LG Electronics India and Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. gave insightful presentations that underscored their commitment to contribute to India’s digital growth story. Four panel discussions focused on important themes such as citizen-centric digital transformation, artificial intelligence in governance, collaborative governance models and integration of integrated digital transformation frameworks across sectors. Case study presentations showcased best practices from across India, offering practical solutions to transform governance systems with technology. Shri Sanjay Dubey, Additional Chief Secretary, General Administration Department and Science & Technology Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh said that ‘This edition of the Digital Transformation Conclave is not just an event but an important step towards realising a digitally empowered governance framework and Madhya Pradesh is not just witnessing digital transformation; it is leading a movement that harmonizes tradition with technology, flexibility with progress.’ He also highlighted how digital transformation is shaping the future of governance in Madhya Pradesh.
