Meeting of the Council of Ministers

 The Council of Ministers decided to table the action taken report of the government on the recommendations of the Fourth State Finance Commission in the Legislative Assembly.  The film “The Sabarmati Report” has been declared tax free in Chhattisgarh by the Chief Minister, in compliance with which it was approved to reimburse the amount equivalent to the State Goods and Services Tax (SGST) payable for entry to the screening of the film “The Sabarmati Report”.

 It was approved to accept the recommended rate of the “State Level Committee” for the rate of paddy and rice transportation in the decentralized procurement scheme of Kharif marketing year 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25.  It was decided to provide the second installment of the pending incentive amount to the rice mills in the Kharif marketing year 2022-23.
