As per the orders of Raipur District Collector Dr. Gaurav Kumar Singh and the instructions of Municipal Corporation Commissioner Abinash Mishra, action is being taken on the cases of illegal plotting in the Municipal Corporation area. Municipal Corporation Headquarters Urban Investment Flying Squad and Municipal Corporation Zone No. 6 Urban Investment Department, under the leadership of Zone 6 Zone Commissioner Ramesh Jaiswal and in the presence of Executive Engineer Atul Chopra, Assistant Engineer Ashish Srivastava, Deputy Engineer Mr. Himanshu Chandrakar, Ms. Medha Sahu, put an effective stop to the illegal plotting being done on about 5 acres of private land in Bhatgaon Bharri Khar area under Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Ward No. 61 by cutting the illegal murum road made by the unknown plotter and obstructing traffic. Zone Commissioner of Municipal Corporation Zone 6, Ramesh Jaiswal informed that as per the order of Raipur District Collector and as per the instructions of Raipur Municipal Corporation Commissioner, the team of Municipal Corporation Zone No. 6 Urban Investment Department has put an immediate and effective stop on illegal plotting by cutting the illegal murum road built on about 5 acres of private land in the area of ​​Bhatgaon Bharri Khar of Doctor Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Ward No. 61 under the zone area with the help of a JCB machine and obstructing traffic. About 2 trucks of murum have been seized at the site. A letter has been written to the Tehsildar Raipur through the Urban Investment Department of Municipal Corporation Zone No. 6 and information about the actual land owners of the private land has been asked to be made available to the Urban Investment Department of the concerned Municipal Corporation Zone No. 6 immediately. As soon as the information is received from the Tehsil office, as per the provisions of the Chhattisgarh Government Act, a named FIR will be lodged against the concerned illegal plotters in the concerned police station for strict legal action under the procedure as per rules.
