This post is being shared a lot on social media, but now this post is not visible on the officer’s Facebook account. Different discussions have started regarding this post of IAS Garbyal. Some people are also linking it to a big controversy. Dhiraj Garbyal has previously been the DM of Pauri, Nainital and then Haridwar. During his tenure in Nainital, he had done the work of giving a new look to the market and many places in the Pahadi style. Recently, a PIL has been filed in the High Court regarding some of the work done during his tenure, in which allegations of irregularities have been made. The court has also sought a reply from the state government on this. Now he is the Additional Secretary in the Secretariat from 2025, and this Facebook post is also being linked to this matter.
