The Tirtha Purohits say that the temple that Urvashi Rautela is talking about is the ‘Urvashi Temple’ located near Badrinath Dham, which is dedicated to the presiding goddess of the area. This temple is in Bamni village of Chamoli district and its religious belief is related to the Vedic period. It is said that this temple is made from the left lotus of Lord Narayana and it is located in front of Urvashi Parvat, Neelkanth Parvat and Narayan Parvat. Dr. Brijesh Sati, President of Uttarakhand Chardham Tirtha Purohit Mahapanchayat, issued a statement and said that this claim of Urvashi is spreading rapidly on social media. She is not only saying this, but also wants a temple to be built in her name in South India. The Mahapanchayat has condemned this statement and demanded legal action from the government and the temple committee. Let us tell you that Urvashi Rautela is a resident of Uttarakhand.
