Government is committed to empower sisters: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav
Bhopal. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav attended the gratitude cum gift program for Ladli sisters in Chitrangi of Singrauli district on the occasion of Rakshabandhan and Shravan Utsav. He said that the government is committed to empower sisters. I will always be grateful for the immense love I have received from the sisters of the state. The Chief Minister said that the month of Sawan brings the gift of festivals in which the festival of Rakshabandhan is the biggest festival of sisters. To add the color of happiness to the festival of sisters, an additional Rs 250 will be sent to the accounts of Ladli sisters on August 10 in addition to Rs 1250.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that various types of industries are being established for the development of the state. Industries will be employment based and sisters will be given employment on priority basis in them. The Chief Minister said that free gas connection has been arranged for sisters under the Ujjwala Yojana of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. Beneficiaries of Ujjwala connection and Laadli sisters in the state will get gas refill facility for Rs 450. In the program, sisters including Minister of State for Panchayat and Rural Development Mrs. Radha Singh tied Rakhi to Chief Minister Dr. Yadav. The Chief Minister sat on the ground with affection and got Rakhi tied by the sisters. A 101 feet long Rakhi was tied to Laadli Bhaiya Dr. Yadav on behalf of Laadli sisters of Singrauli district.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Singrauli district is a remote district of the state but it will be the leader on the path of development. The Chief Minister announced to build a 50-bed hospital in Bargawa at a cost of Rs 15 crore. He announced electrification in all the Majhara Tolas of Chitrangi at a cost of Rs 50 crore from CSR funds. He also announced the facility of air travel from Singrauli three days a week. He said that the poorest of the poor will get the facility of air ambulance. Life safety of people is most important for us. Ayushman card holders will get this facility free of cost on the recommendation of the collector and doctors. The Chief Minister said that the Mining College will be inaugurated soon in Singrauli.
Minister of State for Panchayat and Rural Development, Mrs. Radha Singh thanked Chief Minister Dr. Yadav for making Chitrangi a Nagar Panchayat. The Minister of State apprised of various demands for the development of the area. The Chief Minister assured to fulfill all the demands. MP Dr. Rajesh Mishra thanked Chief Minister Dr. Yadav for choosing Chitrangi for the inauguration of the festival. He also expressed his gratitude to the people of the area for their unprecedented blessings. Earlier, on reaching the venue, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was welcomed by his Ladli sisters with a shower of flowers. Also, the Chief Minister was welcomed with a traditional dance by local folk artists.
Beneficiaries were benefited
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav benefited the beneficiaries from the schemes run by the government in the program. He benefited Preeti Devi Yadav for the tent house project under the Chief Minister’s Udyam Kranti Yojana. He provided an amount of Rs 10 crore to self-help groups to increase livelihood activities. Also, an amount of 9 crore 3 lakh was distributed to the poultry farmers for preparing chicks and producing grains under the Poultry Hatchery, Pullet Breeder and Feed Farm Scheme. An amount of 86 lakh was provided for organic farming, commercial vegetable production, advanced animal husbandry and dairy work and manure production.
Chief Minister planted Rudraksh plant
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav planted a Rudraksh plant in Sakaria in the “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” campaign in the gratitude cum gift program for Ladli Bahon organized in Chitrangi on the occasion of Rakshabandhan and Shravan Utsav.
