Under the Dastak Abhiyan, health workers will visit door to door from 18 February to 18 March

Bhopal:  Dastak Abhiyan will be conducted from 18 February to 18 March 2025 under the guidance of Collector Shri Vivek Shrotiya and the able guidance of Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Shobharam Roshan. District Vaccination Officer Dr. K. M. Varun said that under the Dastak Abhiyan, a target of screening of 1,33,579 children from 0 to five years was set. Also, under the last campaign, 55,004 children who were found anemic will be followed up.
Under the campaign, children between 9 months to five years will be given Vitamin A medicine. For the successful conduct of the campaign, ASHA workers will work as Anganwadi workers and ANM team at the village level and will knock door to door. Where cases of diarrhea, pneumonia, anemia in children will be identified and their proper treatment and referral management and follow-up will be done. Also, monitoring of this program will be done from the development block and district level.
