Food Minister gave instructions to the officers in the meeting of the Board of Directors of Civil Supplies Corporation
Bhopal. Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Minister Shri Govind Singh Rajput has strictly instructed the officers of the Civil Supplies Corporation to understand their responsibility and not to show any kind of negligence in discharging their duties. Even the slightest mistake made by the officers and employees in any matter related to public interest will not be tolerated. If the involvement of officers and employees is revealed in these cases, strict punitive action will be taken against the guilty. Minister Shri Rajput was addressing the meeting of the Board of Directors of Madhya Pradesh State Civil Supply Corporation Limited Bhopal.
Food Minister Shri Rajput bluntly told the officers and employees of the Civil Supplies Corporation posted at the field and headquarters level that along with the action of procurement on a large scale, other schemes are also being implemented by the corporation. There should be no negligence in this. Food Minister Shri Rajput said that a concrete strategy should be made to bring the corporation into profit. For this, if necessary, study the policies of other states as well.
Computer operators will get 7 months time to pass CPCT exam
It was decided in the meeting of the Board of Directors that the concerned computer operators should be given a time limit of 7 months to pass the CPCT exam. Computer operators who have not passed the CPCT exam will be given the salary of higher workers now. On passing the exam, they will be given a salary of 17 thousand 500. More than 400 computer operators will benefit from this decision.
Incentive amount will be given to the employees engaged in procurement
In the meeting of the Board of Directors, it has been decided to give incentive amount equal to 1 month’s basic salary to all the officers and employees of NAN for active contribution for the procurement work of 2023-24. About 800 officers and employees of NAN will get this benefit. A provision of Rs 3 crore has been made for this.
Instructions for strict action against Finance Manager on serious irregularities
In the meeting of the Board of Directors, instructions were given to take strict action against Finance Manager Arvind Nagarare posted in Jabalpur for serious financial irregularities and for providing undue benefit of Rs 52 lakh to the transporter by going beyond the rules. Also, his appeal has been rejected. Apart from this, the appeal of In-charge District Manager Morena Arun Kumar Jain to restore 3 salary increments was also rejected. Food Minister Mr. Rajput directed that only those officers should be kept on outsourcing who have no previous allegations against them. If any such officer has been kept on outsourcing, then remove him from service immediately.
In the meeting, Principal Secretary Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Mrs. Rashmi Arun Shami, Commissioner Food Mr. Sivi Chakraborty, MD Civil Supplies Corporation Mr. P.N. Yadav and Deputy Secretary Finance Mr. O.P. Gupta along with other members of the Board of Directors gave important suggestions.
