Facilities should be expanded in Sarsi Island Resort (Biohari): Deputy Chief Minister Shukla
Bhopal. Deputy Chief Minister and Shahdol District In-charge Minister Rajendra Shukla inspected the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Resort in Sarsi (Biohari) Island Shahdol in the submerged area of Bansagar and got information about the development works. He said that there are immense possibilities of tourism in Madhya Pradesh. Efforts being made in this direction will help in strengthening the economy of the state in future.
Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Shukla directed the officials to expand other facilities including rooms in Sarsi Island Resort so that other events can be organized here. He also discussed the possibilities of tourism in Sarsi (Biohari) Island with public representatives and officials. MLA Byohari Sharad Kol, DIG Savita Suhane, Superintendent of Police Kumar Pratik, Chief Executive Officer District Panchayat Rajesh Jain and other officials were present.
