Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee worked for the integrity of the country without any desire for power: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav

Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav paid tribute to the founder of Bharatiya Jana Sangh, revered Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee on his Balidan Diwas. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav garlanded the statue of the ardent nationalist thinker Dr. Mukherjee near the BJP office and expressed gratitude for his contribution in the reconstruction of the nation. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has said that in India, the world’s largest democratic country, there have been many great men like Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, who never craved power and worked for the unity and integrity of the country. Dedicated to national unity, Dr. Mukherjee had given the slogan that two flags, two constitutions and two heads will not work in one country. He agitated the country and sacrificed himself. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the program organized at the statue site of revered Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee on his Balidan Diwas on Monday. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that great educationist and our guide Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee made us realize for the first time that Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India, the peacock crown of the country. Dr. Mukherjee became the Vice Chancellor in his youth and he participated in many movements in Bengal and told the citizens what kind of contribution should be made in the development of the country. When Dr. Mukherjee became the Supply and Textile Minister at the Center, every decision of his was commendable. His guidance for the service of Mother India, public welfare and upliftment of the weaker sections is the basis of the construction of India.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi freed the country from Article 370 and gave a clear message to the neighboring country through Operation Sindoor. People of every section in the country stood with this decision of the Government of India. The doors of development should have opened in Kashmir in 1947 itself. Now Prime Minister Shri Modi has worked for the prosperity of Jammu and Kashmir in many areas including railway network, tourism and religious tourism. Senior MP Shri V.D. was present on this occasion. Sharma, MLA Mr. Bhagwandas Sabnani, Bhopal Mayor Mrs. Malti Rai, social worker Mr. Hitanand Sharma, former Union Minister Mr. Suresh Pachauri, Municipal Corporation Chairman Mr. Kishan Suryavanshi, Mr. Ravindra Yati, Rahul Kothari along with public representatives and social workers were present.
