Raipur, 18 December 2024: Chhattisgarh Deputy Chief Minister Shri Vijay Sharma today attended the 268th birth anniversary celebrations of Sant Shiromani Guru Ghasidas Baba Ji organized at Pension Bada Adivasi Hostel in Raipur. Arang MLA Guru Khuswant Saheb was also present on the occasion. The Deputy Chief Minister congratulated and wished the people of the state on the birth anniversary of Guru Ghasidas Baba Ji.
During the program, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Vijay Sharma recalled the contribution of Guru Ghasidas Baba Ji and his teachings. He appealed to the youth to understand their responsibilities towards the society and dedicate their efforts more and work to bring positive change in the society. The Deputy Chief Minister said that the blessings of Guru Ghasidas Baba Ji should always remain on all of us, with his guidance we are always inspired to move in the right direction.
He also urged the youth to keep their aim high and reach higher positions, like Collector and SP, while rendering their services in various fields of the society so that they can bring laurels to the society. Emphasizing the need to promote equality and brotherhood in the society, the Deputy Chief Minister said that this is the main message contained in the teachings of Guru Ghasidas Baba Ji.
Call to promote unity and brotherhood in society The Deputy Chief Minister stressed the need to promote unity, equality and brotherhood in the society. He said that these are the same values which Guru Ghasidas Baba Ji followed in his life and we should also inculcate these values in our lives. It is our responsibility to unite different sections of the society. He appreciated the commitment and dedication of the State Government for the development of the State. He also said that the State Government has given priority to development works in every field and development works are going on continuously in every corner of the State.
Praised the all-round development of Chhattisgarh under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai Deputy Chief Minister Shri Sharma praised the all-round development of Chhattisgarh under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai. He said that under the guidance of the Chief Minister, the state government has taken concrete steps in every field, whether it is education, health or infrastructure, the state government has given priority to important development works in all areas. He expressed his resolve to continue the development work of the state government and appealed to the people to make Chhattisgarh even better.
