Raipur 7 January 2025: Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma today expressed grief over the tragic incident of martyrdom of 8 jawans and a driver in the IED blast carried out by Naxalites in Kutru of Bijapur district. Expressing deep grief over this incident, Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma said that this act reflects the cowardice and anti-democracy mentality of the Naxalites.
Paying tribute to the martyred soldiers, the Deputy Chief Minister said that the supreme sacrifice of the brave sons of Mother India will not go in vain. Our fight against Naxalism will continue till the decisive turn. The state government is determined to make the state Naxal-free.
He prayed to God for the peace of the souls of the martyred soldiers and the speedy recovery of the injured. Also expressed condolences to the bereaved families.
